Family: Fumariaceae (Fumitory family; sometimes subsumed into the Papaveraceae poppy family)

Mid-Atlantic bloom time: April - June
Mid-Atlantic fruit ripe: May - July

Pale Corydalis is an infrequent outlier east of the Appalachians. Previous to this find, it was last reported in Bull Run Mountains by H. A. Allard in 1939.
